Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 June 2026
1. Definitions
- Service / Website - the Case Dynasty case-opening entertainment platform.
- Company / we / us - [Operator legal name], the operator of the Service.
- User / you - any person who accesses or uses the Service.
- Steam - the Valve Corporation platform you sign in with.
- Items / Skins - the digital cosmetic items represented within the Service.
- Coins - virtual units used within the Service to open cases. Coins are for entertainment use within the Website only.
- Provably Fair - the cryptographic method used to make each outcome verifiable.
2. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may amend these Terms from time to time; your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
3. Coins and items - entertainment only
Case Dynasty is an entertainment platform. Coins and items within the Service are for entertainment use and carry no real-world monetary value. Coins are virtual units usable only within the Website, are not a deposit, e-money, or legal tender, and are not redeemable for cash. Items shown in your collection are digital representations; they are not transferable or sellable between users within the Service. Where withdrawal of an item is offered, it is governed by Section 7.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and legally able to enter into this agreement. The Service is not available to residents of, or persons accessing it from, [list restricted territories] or any territory where its use is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.
5. Your account
You access the Service by signing in with Steam. You may hold only one account, must provide accurate information, and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account. You agree to comply with our anti-fraud and verification requirements (Section 9).
6. Deposits and coins
You obtain coins by depositing supported cryptocurrencies through our payment provider; one coin corresponds to one US dollar deposited at the time of the deposit. Coins are credited once the payment confirms. Crypto payments are irreversible - confirm the amount and currency before sending. Except where required by law, deposits and coins are final and non-refundable; see Section 12.
7. Opening cases, items, and withdrawals
Opening a case spends coins and returns one item determined by our Provably Fair process. The published odds reflect the true probability of each outcome, and any result can be independently verified from its server seed, client seed, and nonce. Outcomes are final once an open is committed.
Where item withdrawal is offered, eligible items may be delivered to your Steam account by trade, subject to verification, availability, withdrawal limits, and any holding periods we apply to prevent fraud. We may decline or delay a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or where a legal requirement applies. Delivery times may vary.
8. Provably fair
We use a cryptographic commit-and-reveal system so that outcomes cannot be altered after a case is opened. A hashed server seed is published in advance; combined with your client seed and a nonce it determines the result, and the server seed is revealed on rotation so you can verify past outcomes.
9. Prohibited conduct and anti-fraud
You agree not to:
- use the Service if you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible;
- open or use more than one account, or use another person’s account;
- use bots, scripts, exploits, or coordinated play to gain an advantage;
- deposit funds you do not own, or use the Service to launder money;
- initiate chargebacks for legitimately spent deposits;
- circumvent geographic, age, or security restrictions.
We may investigate suspected breaches and restrict, hold, or reverse related activity. Where required by law or to prevent fraud, we may request identity or source-of-funds verification before processing deposits, withdrawals, or continued use. Our server records are treated as the authoritative record of activity on the Service.
10. Responsible play
The Service is for entertainment. Only spend what you can afford, and take a break if it stops being fun. On request we will apply account limits or self-exclusion. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, please seek support from a responsible-play organisation in your country.
11. Intellectual property
Counter-Strike, CS2, and related item names and images are the property of Valve Corporation. Case Dynasty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve. All other content on the Service is owned by the Company or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
12. Refunds
Coins and deposits are non-refundable once credited. Where a deposit fails or is duplicated due to a payment error, we will refund the affected unused balance after verification, generally within a few business days.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached, or to protect the Service and its users. We may also discontinue the Service at any time.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Third parties
The Service relies on third parties - including Steam, our payment provider, and our hosting provider - and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or terms of third-party services, which are governed by their own agreements. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Complaints and notices
Questions, complaints, and formal notices should be sent in English to [support@yourdomain]. We will acknowledge complaints and aim to resolve them promptly.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; unresolved disputes will be handled as provided by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
